Sam Bryan (she/they) is a multifaceted professional based in Providence, RI, where she resides as an event planner, performance artist, and hospitality consultant. Alongside her co-owner and the object of everyone's affection, Leyna McKenney, she spearheads Third House Events.

Drawing from a lifetime immersed in theater, Sam infuses her event planning with a deep passion for live music and entertainment. Her inspiration draws from a diverse background that spans traditional theater and the underworld of burlesque. Her journey as a performer began with rigorous training in classical ballet, instilling in her a deep appreciation for movement and expression. Her artistic background informs her meticulous approach to client hospitality, where she consistently strives to foster welcoming and inclusive atmospheres within her events.

Since 2007, she has been captivating audiences as a burlesque dancer, a journey that has seen her perform with various esteemed organizations, including multi-award-winning troupes The Slaughterhouse Society and The Lipstick Criminals. As an original cast member of "The Slutcracker" from 2008 to 2021, she was exposed to a rich and diverse world of sex nerds and wickedly talented performers, whom she credits for bringing her into the Boston performance art scene.

As a board member of The Church of Slut (Self Love & Unorthodox Togetherness), Sam actively supports and helps shape the mission of this influential 501c3 organization, embracing the values of mutual aid, reproductive justice, accessible art, accessible legal counsel, harm reduction practices, and more. She also acts as a co-producer of "B!tch Snot" and serves as production manager for both Grrrl At The Rockshow Productions and Walter Sickert & The Army of Broken Toys.

Her extensive experience and passionate involvement in the worlds of theater, community building and event production make her a prominent and influential figure, both on and off the stage.
