What We Offer

Services begin 2 weeks prior to wedding date
• Good morning wakeup call to discuss plan for the day
• Complimentary 1-hr Consultation to wrap up details
• Wedding day design guidance
• A one-hour site inspection the week of your wedding
• Timeline of scheduled wedding events
• Final calls the week of wedding to vendor list and services
• Unlimited emails week-of wedding
• One-hour ceremony rehearsal
• Up to 12 Hours of wedding day coordination (*additional hours available for fee)
• Procession and recession coordination
• Handle all personal items for ceremony & reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)
• Guest coordination and assistance
• Location set-up & coordination of vendors
• Distribute final payment & gratuities to vendors (paid by client)
• Supervision of post reception clean-up (secure personal items, facilitate transportation, etc.)

Includes all services listed in Day-of package, plus:
• Unlimited email communication leading up to your wedding beginning 1 month out
• 30-minute check-in meetings leading up to your wedding: 1x weekly
• Creation of a detailed day of timeline and event production schedule
• Vendor contract review
• Vendor confirmation the month prior to your event
• Site walk-throughs with venue coordinator to discuss event details
• Finalizing all floorplans, menus, and venue specific logistics:

Design guidance for unfinished planning elements
Curated vendor recommendations
1-hour site visit at ceremony and reception venues

Fantastic Day of Coordinator!
Sam from Third House Events was wonderful to work with. From our first call, she was ready with details, ideas, and recommendations. On our final call, she asked questions that made it clear she had read through everything I sent her; it was such peace of mind to hand off my planning and know that all the details were in good hands! During the wedding itself, Sam was somehow everywhere. She was able to focus the attention of large groups and get everyone where they needed to be, but she was also just a nearby presence in quieter moments, only popping up when it was clear something was needed.
